At Udbhav, we are committed to using all donations with integrity and transparency to support people affected by blood disorders and cancers. We kindly request all donors to carefully consider their decision before making a contribution.

No Refund Policy

Once a donation has been made and the funds have been successfully transferred to Udbhav, we do not offer any refunds, either in full or in part, for any reason. This is because donations are promptly allocated to patient care, treatment support, stay arrangements, psychological assistance, and other mission-driven activities.

Accidental Donations or Duplicate Transactions

In the rare case of:

• An accidental donation
• A duplicate payment

You may contact us within 3 days of the transaction at [email protected] with full details (transaction ID, donor name, date, amount). We will review the case and respond at the earliest.

Please note that processing charges or fees deducted by payment gateways are non-refundable.
